Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our photography services. By booking and utilizing our photography services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Duration
- When you book a photography session, you are reserving the photographer’s services for the specified duration. Any travel time required between locations or delays on your part will be included in the reserved session time.
- Changes to shooting locations are allowed if they are nearby or reachable within a reasonable travel time, which is included in the session duration.
Users’ Arrival and Punctuality
- Users must arrive at the meeting point on time or 15 minutes before to meet the photographer.
- If users are late, the photo tour session time will still run as scheduled unless the photographer is available after the assigned time.
- If for any reason users don’t notify the photographer and arrive a maximum of 30 minutes after the photo tour session time, users will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full fee.
Use of Personal Information
- We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of operating our photography services and delivering the requested service. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
- We may use your contact information to inform you about other services, promotions, or products related to our photography services.
Security of Personal Information
- We take measures to secure your personal information and maintain its confidentiality. However, data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. You provide information at your own risk.
Communication
- We may contact you via email, SMS, or other means to update you about promotions, offers, and relevant information. By using our services, you agree to receive such communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the provided instructions.
Editing and Image Usage
- Our photography team will edit and enhance the images we provide to you. Post-editing, you will receive the images, and you can download and use them as desired.
- Editing includes adjustments to color, brightness, and other enhancements. We do not perform extreme alterations, such as digitally altering appearances or removing objects.
- The editing style used is our artistic choice, and specific editing requests are not accepted.
Photo Delivery
- Photo delivery will be provided within 14 working days. However, there is a possibility that images can be shared within 3 days.
- Delivery may be delayed if there is an overload of work.
File Storage and Data Responsibility
We store your final photo files on our cloud storage for a maximum of 3 months and on backup storage for up to 1 year. After these periods, files may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or error that results in missing or inaccessible files after delivery has been completed.
We offer a file restoration service upon request, subject to an additional fee. However, please note that we do not guarantee 100% data recovery, as restoration depends on file availability and storage conditions at the time of the request.
Photographer Follow-Up
- The photographer will follow up a maximum of 2 days before the shoot to arrange the time and location of the session.
Travel and Additional Fees
- Our photographers are based locally. If your shoot location is within the designated area, no additional travel expenses will apply. However, if the location is outside the coverage area, please inquire about potential additional fees.
- Any expenses related to location entry fees, permits, or special access required for the shoot location are your responsibility.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 4 days before the scheduled photography session.
- Cancellation requests made within 4 days of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable but can be used as credit towards a future photography session.
- The credit from a canceled session is valid for a period of 6 months from the original session date.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 4 days before the originally scheduled photography session.
- Rescheduling requests made within 4 days of the scheduled session are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
- If rescheduling is approved, the booking fee can be applied as credit towards the rescheduled session.
- The rescheduled session must take place within 6 months from the original session date.
- Failure to reschedule and attend the session within the 6-month period will result in forfeiture of the booking fee credit.
Process:
- To request cancellation or rescheduling, please contact our customer support team via the provided contact information.
- In your request, include your booking details and preferred alternative session dates.
- Our team will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and provide confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling.
Exceptions:
- In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing your attendance, exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Documentation or evidence of the circumstances may be required for consideration.
Note:
- Please ensure that you carefully consider your availability before booking a session. The booking fee, while non-refundable, allows you the flexibility to reschedule for a future date within the specified timeframe. We appreciate your understanding of our policy as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and provide high-quality services.
Copyright and Usage
- You and the photographer will co-own the rights to the images taken during the session.
- By using our photography services, you grant us the right to use the images for promotional purposes on our owned media channels.
Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the photography session.
- We are not liable for any injuries sustained during the photography session.
By using our photography services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Loss of Data or Unforeseen Technical Issues
In the unlikely event of unforeseen technical issues such as corrupted files, damaged memory cards, or lost data that result in the inability to deliver the agreed photo results, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
We deeply value your trust and will take all necessary measures to prevent such occurrences, though they remain outside of our full control.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By using our photography services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you are deemed to have fully accepted all provisions stated herein.
Once the booking is made, customers automatically agree to waive any rights to dispute, file claims, or take legal actions that may harm our business, services, or reputation in any form.
In the event of any dispute after booking, if the client shares or uploads any content—such as reviews, posts, comments, or other public communications—that intentionally damages our reputation or misrepresents the facts, we reserve the right to take legal action or file a counterclaim. This is due to the fact that the client has already agreed to all terms and conditions at the time of booking.
